Jennifer Hecker’s work
unites Expressionism with eastern and western elements in a bold and original
style that also acknowledges the graphic qualities of the Pop Art movement
and comic books. She produces striking color prints, not easily defined,
with a technique she developed combining hand-drawn images with mixed media
and digital printmaking. Hecker is a recent transplant to our very
own Nashville, TN.
